Nintendo 3DS

This epic gaming device is going to turn heads.  Everyone in the know will buy one when it comes out circa next March.  However, people are disparaging over the current assumption on prices.  If you do some research, you can see that Yen to dollar prices for Nintendo Products fluctuates.  The Price tag is currently set for 25,000 Yen.  However, Nintendo always markets products as if its 1.100th regardless of economic stability.  So don't worry humble fanboys, we should be getting ready to pay $250, not the speculated $300.

On to games, the two I'm looking forward to most are:

Star Fox 64 3DS

This is going to be an epic game.  Who doesn't remember the fun they had opening this game up when it first came out eons ago for the Nintendo 64?  The first real game that combined strategy, good graphics, sound, and an awesome storyline.  Sadly there has yet to be a real sequel to this adventure, but no one minds a re-make!  The graphics are being redone to look HDish, fighting style will be the same with a revamped control system.  Fans old and new will be sure to enjoy.

The Legend of Zelda OoT 3DS

While this game has been out for a while, it is still to this day my favorite game.  I remember as a kid being physically scared to continue playing this game at times, and I think thats what makes the gameplay more realistic.  Mind you, I never expect anyone to ever run into giant monsters, but if you can feel attached to a storyline or gameplay in any manner, then the creators of the game did there part to ensure the legacy of there game lives on throughout the years.  Through the various demos of this game, gameplay looks so good.  Through the use of just a handheld can warrant such graphics is unfathomable.  I guarantee this will be one of the most sought after launch titles for the Nintendo 3DS.

  1. Sure about that? 300 does seem way too much but I guess I could understand if it was that much. 250 is more reasonable. And I too am totally pumped for the Zelda remake!

  7. The 3DS doesn't look like it will offer more than the standard to DS really, they're just trying to make an extra buck on repackaging the same thing (lol bigger screen size). I will have to admit I was physically scared at points playing OoT as well. Damn redeads and your yells... Always hated going through and getting the Song of Storms(?) in the graveyard because of them.

  10. Wait - Why do you say Star Fox 64 was the first? Don't you remember Star Fox for the SNES? That game was much more awesome - and harder! - that the Nintendo 64 version!
